Too much IP !!

I have been playing league since season 2, I have gotten to the point where I own all the champions, all the runes and plenty of rune pages. It's great having enough IP to get the new champs as soon as they are released, however, it is kind of a useless currency at this point. Can there not be a way where I can get some of the oldest skins in the game at this current stage? or maybe additional features that can be purchased with all this extra IP? rito pls help out an old player!
