Season Rewards - a little transparency on the system regarding toxic behavior please! NOT a dispute!

Hi. I've had an account since early season 1 and only once have I been disciplined. It was about two months ago and I got a 2 week ban for it, I believe this was around the time Lyte and everyone was testing out a much harsher tribunal system which I support. I was a total douchebag and I deserved it.

Since then I've muted my teammates, turned off all chat and really only said very mild stuff save a bad day but I don't unleash assaults or anything. I only get a little silly with my duo queue partner because we're both joking around in chat.

2 days ago I got a 5 game chat restriction. I wasn't even notified through the client of any reports? I didn't even get the message I was restricted actually, I just went in a game and suddenly saw it. I lifted the chat restriction pretty quickly as I was playing all day and it didn't RANKED restrict me. I believe getting ranked restricted + a whole bunch of chat restricts means you're really doing horrible stuff? So, am I okay?

As of now I have nothing else bad going on with my account, is it still possible I can receive the rewards?
