Useless RP

I think there should be a thing where you can convert extra RP (like that 92 RP your never going to use because it's not enough to do anything with) into IP. Riot can figure out how much IP one RP is worth but I mean there is no point having that little bit of RP that you did pay for just sitting there doing nothing.

the point of that leftover (odd) number of RP is to entice you to buy more RP. basically anything in this world that sells something does this. its the whole reason as to why nothing is ever even when you buy stuff.
