Non Played Champs

okay so I'm sure I'm not the only one who has champs that they don't every play or use that often, is there a way to get rid of them? , I'm not expecting to get anything back i just want them gone(cause refunds you only get 3 and they run out to quickly). If riot could make a way to remove champs from your account to where you don't get anything back (maybe IP )that would be great .so i wouldn't know if there is another way to removed selected champs._
