Do 390 skins go on sale?

Just curious if the 390 class skin go on sale ever? If not then I was wondering if Riot would be able to put them in a bundle and make it ~10-20% cheaper? I just want golden alistar :P

They do go on sale but seeing as there is only 3 of them it takes a while for them to reach the rotation
