why do you make it so one team has higher mmr than the other team always... losing 25 lp on one side and gain 13 lp for a win on that side is really dumb... and annoying

You aren't losing more LP because of your opponents, you lose more because your MMR is lower than the average of your division. You are being placed against opponents of MMR close to your own. If you can't beat people with MMR lower than your division, then you probably don't belong there and therefore lose more LP to place you in the proper division over time. If you keep winning, then your MMR will even out and begin to rise higher and therefore get you more LP to advance faster.
so why do I get more Lp gains/less lp losses on the other side
