"Riot Impact Challenge" No Email

It's been a few hours since I made a donation to the Riot Impact Challenge and I've yet to receive and email regarding the payment/items. I triple checked my email before purchasing and I know I didn't make a mistake. Is this a known problem and if it is how long does it take?

Just a bit concerned because I'd expect at least a receipt confirming the purchase was successful or something?
