League Client

So I made it into my promos to gold 1 and I know the season is over, so ranked doesn't matter too much outside of mmr. When the league client disconnected not because of my Internet, but because the client is just poorly designed, I wasn't able to pick a champion. This made it so i automatically start my promos 0-1. This made me a frusturated because this has been something that has been going on for a very long time, yet riot still hasn't fixed it. I know that the ranked season is over, and I know that I could've ended up losing the first game anyways. However, I worked hard to get into my promos and its not fair for this to happen even if it is preseason.
