Broken Champions and How to Fix Them

To start, I would like to address the issues of both Teemo and Zed. Both champions have been the bane of my existence since I recently got back into League of Legends and after ample discussion I believe I have some interesting ideas on how to fix these champions. I may come back later and address other champions but these seem to be the most pressing. First, Teemo. I believe that Teemo can be easily fixed with slight reworks on some of his abilities, most notably his blinding dart. I believe that this ability should become a skill shot which can collide with minions. That is all that needs to be done. This change would stop Teemo from having the potential to utterly wipe a player's health in the early game and would make Teemo a champion which requires more than just slamming some uncooked rib-eye steaks onto your keyboard in order to get a Penta at 15 minutes. Next, Zed. Just remove him or nerf his damage in the early game. It is mind-numbing to play against a Zed early on because even a Mastery 6 or 7 Yasuo can barely compete. If he buys a Long Sword to start the game, he is guaranteed 5 kills before the first 10 minutes elapses. I have spent hours wondering why this champion is actually still in the game. He is unmatched and in my opinion is the most broken champion in the entire game as of right now. I am sure that these changes will never be implemented but I cannot stand getting aced at 12 minutes by a first time Zed just because he is in the free champion rotation and all it takes to play him is 2 brain cells to rub together and the ability to pile-drive your computer into a ditch. Because it takes almost no skill to actually play this champion, all you need to do to win is lock-in before the game starts and then its practically over. There are many champions which have their own broken abilities but I have never in my life imagined that at level 7, a Zed could easily tower dive my entire team and get a triple kill and take virtually no damage. Some 14 year old kid who just licked the grease off of his sausage link fingers should not be able to pull off pro-play with a champion which has a maximum difficulty rating. At least admit that Zed is a face roll champion for the love of god. MAXIMUM DIFFICULTY?! Really??? You could watch Seinfeld on your dual monitor and still get an ace. It makes me want to never play again but I have had to much fun in games without Zed to let him ruin everything for me. But my patience runs thin. For the love of god, put Zed down like the broken garbage he is.
