Riot, you stole my idea.

Coming back to League of Legends recently and checking out the new champions, I notice something familiar. Rek'Sai. A champion that has different abilities based on if she's burrowed or not... OH WAIT.

I came up with this concept over three years ago for a hero on a different, Starcraft II-based MOBA game called Storm of the Imperial Sanctum. After the game name was changed and the forums migrated, I had to repost my hero concept, giving it a different time stamp, but it is still in the year 2012, as you can see here: Slayer Dregenard

...I'm kidding, I'm not upset, I'm actually really happy to see something like this. I spent weeks on this concept and sadly it never saw implementation. Though my hero would play different from your champion, this still made my day. I like to think someone actually DID steal my idea and presented a modified version of it to the design team and they liked it enough to use it for this massively popular game.

I came up with an idea for a poison based support that could cause carries to attack their own team. Serqet is a god in Smite that does that, therefore HiRez stole my idea.

Or simply, multiple people came up with the same idea. I pitched an idea for a champion that functioned as a Riot control officer with a big shield to tank and incapacitate enemies with his abilities, and then Braum came around. Didn't blame Riot for it, it's an archetype that was filled.

i tried to email god saying that he stole my idea for the platypus. He refused to recognize me either so I know your pain.
