Solo Queue In TT

I personally find Twisted Treeline to be a very fun map, but currently the only ranked play that you can do on TT is on a team.

I used to play on TT nearly 100% of the time, including on a ranked team, but ever since I started playing solo queue, I have been forced to play on Summoner's Rift; it's not necessarily negative, but I would prefer to play on TT.

I think it would be beneficial to have a ranked solo queue because there would be a whole new aspect to competitive play that is currently nearly non-existant. What does the community think?

I agree it sucks not being able to do ranked unless it's a team. Perhaps they should not allow duo since that would be more then half the team.

I play TT solo when I get bored of the rift and I don't find any trolls.

Yes it's not as competitive as it could be.

The answer I saw Rioters give to this question is that the community for those maps is too small to divide it even further by introducing another queue. Same goes for dominion.

edit :And what I mean by there are no trolls is that people do play it competitively, just like they play normal draft on SR. It's not as competitive as ranked, but ti's there and I don't see a problem with it.

I would love a SoloQ for the Twisted Treeline! Picks and Bans are so powerful there, rendering it basically only playable in Ranked Teams. We do not even have a Draft Pick mode for it.

The map preview still says "Beta" right now, so hopefully there have been some thoughts about "Releasing" it for Season 4 with an addition of a highly competitive SoloQ on the Treeline. As stated here by YaSloom (a veteran of the Twisted Treeline scene) the Treeline offers so much to improve your personal mechanics.

I believe the Treeline will not even develop an "Elo Hell", because it has not established a fixed Meta and popular rants about "Support not buying wards GG" or calls like "mid or feed" are essentially out of the picture.

Totally makes sense. In fact, your solo performance is more likely to affect the game with only 2 other members on your team. TT Solo Que might actually be a better experience than SR solo que
