Survey: About Rank distribution and behavior

I wish to make another survey about League of Legends. – As last time, I will post the results as an infographic afterwards. However, this time the survey will only focus the League of Legends community. – I hope enough answers can be collected in order to increase the credibility of the results, therefore it would be appreciated if you have 3 minutes to answer my 22 questions.
