Chat Restricted again.

Hi,

I have been chat restricted. This is now my second one and I am confused as to why I got it. A while ago when I got my first chat restriction it was for Negative Activity on my account. I will admit before that I deserved it and played through the chat restriction and was not salty. Playing through this restriction actually changed my look on this game and how I should treat others while playing it. It changed my attitude in game and caused me not to flame any more and end my toxicity. Since the restriction was lifted I have been calm and have not flamed anyone. For some reason though, even when I do not type all game, I get a report for verbal abuse and it confuses me so much. I will legit not say anything to anyone but "gg" at the end of the game and still get reported for, I'm assuming, doing well. Just recently after about 3 weeks, I got another restriction. ITS BOGUS. I'm not communicating with anyone in a negative way and getting reported for absolutely nothing. Why am I getting this restriction and can someone please help me out. I said before yes I used to be toxic, but I can back it up when I say that the first restriction really changed my look on everything.

Edit: This really scares me of getting banned now. Since I really love this game and it gets my mind off of a lot of things in my life.

You shouldn't be getting any ban for simply toxic chat. That's reserved for the worst of offenders, such as death or suicide threats/jokes and racist and homophobic remarks.

If you haven't received a Reform Card in your email, you might want to request one from Player Support. There may be some things you don't recall saying (that's pretty common) or some things you assumed were OK but people actually have an issue with it.
