CaptainMarvelous mentioned this earlier, but I'll be honest I thought it just one of those 5 second games that are really just credit scams. But I did a little digging via their forums and such.

Their hero Arcane Spirit is Xerath. Sure there's the common theme of arcane elemental but "The sorcerers of Angels were able to imprison the Arcane Spirit with the their holy seal in the elemental dungeon. Millions of years has passed, the seal is wearing out.", come on now....

It's an in-browser MMO, so while this may be simply different hosting companies, I have found 4 different LoA "home sites" with account creation options under different banners. GTGames (The ones with the ads everywhere), R^2 Games, game321 and ProficientCity. There is also an Armor Games (and by default Kongregate) extension associated with R^2 Games.

There is obvious account trading, hacking and pay-to-win elements everywhere in the game.

Half of the forums I've seen talk about how it was assumed this is a sex game.

There has been little to no maintenence or upkeep with this game for months, reinforcing the hypothesis of this being a "release and grease" game. a.k.a. A game release reusing game code from other games and getting as much money as possible before getting shut down.
My unprofessional prognosis: Riot legal team, please take action not just for them using LoL game assets and art for an unrelated and more than likely unapproved for-profit game, but also to put this abomination of a game out of its misery.
Sue them for everything they've got! And use the money to up the EUW servers ^^
