I just found out about garen skin promotion I click on their twitter it i follow on their description it says follow to get it but it says promo ended :/ I understand if it has ended but remove it from your description at least :/

You don't even know what the meaning of "false advertising" is. This is just a promo that's no longer available; which is odd anyway, cuz I just used it about a week ago. Try sending in a Support Ticket asking very kindly if you can get it.
It works fine for me... and it's not false advertising lol
