Ability Icon Info

I started playing a long while back, and before the Season 4 changes, you could select a champion in the Champions tab on your profile and then hover over their abilities with your mouse. This would allow you to see what the ability was titled, and it brought up a box that explained what the ability DID. Nowadays, you can still click on champions and see the splashes, and the ability icons are even still there, but hovering over them doesn't give you any info at all. Not even the name of the ability. I understand you can just click the abilities tab and read the effects there and watch a video on it, but I really enjoyed being able to quickly preview a champ by reading the abridged version of the abilities first, and if I was interested in the champ I would go to the abilities tab and read a more in depth explanation and watch the video of the ability. This greatly helped me when I was learning, and the ability icons just seem almost pointless now since they dont do anything. I would love for Riot to bring back the quick ability preview boxes, and I hope you all do too.
