RP giveaway

Some people cannot afford RP to buy skins. So i was wondering if there was anyway that RIOT could do an event for 2-3 days that gives RP away as reward... My idea is to have a best of 3 match with the same 10 summoners on ARAM and whomever wins the 'match" would then get 100 RP or something to that matter. I think this would get so many people to play and try harder to win the game. also would be so great to get RP to get skins for champions. I would love to get more skins but I don't have the extra money to spend buying RP. Anyways, i thought something like this would be really cool. What are your thoughts and thank you for your time.
