Why do you hate me

Pls stop penalizing me if I disconnect because of you! I am currently sitting on a 30 min Q time.....As champ select was ending (countdown reached 1) an error message window came up and froze the client...then after a few seconds it closed completely. I log back in and says i keep doing to many afk's. All i want to do is play but you won't let me :(...not the first time either this has happened. Is anyone else suffering from this?!
