Someone read this please!

Hey, I have been playing league for about a year and a half on two accounts, (nooby462 and noobe462), and I stumbled across the public beta environment about 2-3 months ago. I have been applying for it every single chance i get when it is either rejected or just tossed out in the pile of applicants. I would love it if you can let me join the public beta environment and improve my experience for league of legends! I play league daily but i might skip a day every now and then, and have left minimal games out off my own free will (I have technical issues every now and then), I always try my best in the game and try to encourage my team mates into doing better. I'm sorry if this is not the place i should be posting it but this is the only place i could find that was relevant! Thank you for reading this and hopefully letting me have a great experience in the public beta environment for league of legends!
