PBE Registration

PBE registration has been down for like 4 months from what i've seen, I've wanted to play on PBE for quite a while now but the fact the registration is down makes it literally impossible , I've come to the conclusion nobody cares about PBE enough to actually fix the registration, Or they're planning some super amazing registration page release that just needs to wait. What is everyones thoughts on this? Majority of you probably wont care that reg is down, But I find it super depressing wanting to try things out on PBE that I couldn't try in the live version.
