Tips on my ranked games?

I am losing a lot of games even though i win lane and roam often. I try to help my teammates (bronze 2) but it often ends with many of them arguing in between each other. I feel i am better than this current elo and i was wondering if any of you could offer tips based on my match history. I am not saying i never do bad, but i do think i have the capability to win way more than i am now and sometimes a few team mates hold me back. On the other hand, of course not all of my team mates act this way. However, many ranked wins come at the hand of a cohesive team not just 4 out of the 5 people.

First glance, you die too much. Don't even bother blaming the fact that your team feeds. I get just as many feeding teammates and I can still keep my average deaths per game below 3. Your CS is also downright appalling. You should be aiming for at least 5 or 6 CS/minute on APs, which you only hit twice, and 7-8 on ADs (you were not even close).

Die less, farm more. You'll climb.

Thank you for the advice, sometimes we cant see our own flaws but i will be sure to follow this now that i am aware
