Enemies somehow knew my real name...

So I was playing a normal, draft 5v5 last night (pre-made with brother and 3 other friends) and during the first couple minutes of the game a player from the opposing team called out my brother and I by real-life first names. He said something to the extent of, "I hate insert names here." I'm entirely confused on how this could be possible. I don't know if it's relevant but all 5 of us were skyping at the time and yes my brother's and my own real names are our skype names. None of us playing have ever streamed before (and weren't last night either) besides my brother like twice and he only had like 11 views total. I had never seen any of the opposing players before, and neither had my teammates, to my knowledge. Besides that, I've never said my name our my brother's in chat before.

It's not that I'm worried about this or anything cause it's a name, but it implies a potential for something more insidious I guess. Has anyone experienced this before or know what might have happened. I'd rather not have my info be so easily accessed.

I don't know if this matters or not either, but my brother and I play together way more often then by ourselves. But we don't even live in the same city.

Have you kept skype updated? I know the new UI is generally not liked but it also keep the security updated.

They could have got your names from Curse Voice. The software is made to easily find people on Skype / League of Legends, who you are playing with. They could have found it through that.
