Plat 5 LF Duo

hey guys

so this season i started silver 3 and pushed into gold after about a month then stayed there for a bit and finally made it to plat 5. i kept winning for a short while making it to plat 4 but then hit a huge huge losing streak. i would constantly go on winning streaks but ive never ecnountered such an absurd amount of losses. i tried playing other game modes in between to try and shake this but i cant. its brutal i dont know what to do so i was hoping someone out there would be willing to help me get a few consecutive wins back under my belt.
