I'm at 999 normal game wins. Is Riot still doing the thing where I can play with Jatt for my 1000th win?

I think it's just you get to play with a rito employee not specifically Jatt, I was thinking of doing it for my 1000th win as well but I'm only at 827 right now.

I didn't get to play with a rioter for my 1000th win. It was a thing that went on fairly often on general discussion, but I feel Riot has stopped interacting with the community like that.

Riots to busy updating policy to avoid getting sued for what they did to the game. You can see the big red button at the bottom of the page.

I've seen it done fairly recently. Although it seems to be hit or miss on whether a rioter happens to both have time and notice your post.
