PBE Applications and Feedback

I sent in an application nearly 6 months ago regarding my interest to join the PBE. I understand that certain criteria need to be met to be a part of the PBE, I just want to know:

1. Is it possible to change your application due to changes in my (and others) frequency of play, current level, Ranked play, etc./ should it be implemented
2. If there is any way that faster feedback regarding your acceptance to the PBE could it be implemented/ is that currently being done
3. If the PBE is "strained" due to traffic, as some Youtubers have commented, is there anything being done to allow more people access

I understand that this is a larger issue, so please feel free to add lots of comments because I think open discussion is important to resolving things like this.
