Why is it so ez to get low priority

My computer crashed during a game and i wasn't even gone 5 min and i got 20 min low prio. I also got another low prio for leaving my computer for 2 seconds since they used the new remake feature even though they saw me moving and stuff. Other than that I don't know why i have a 20 min timer.
