Need help winning :/

I'm bronze 5 I realize im not good and that's why I'm in b5. But what I wanted to ask was. How do I go about getting my teammates to work with me ? If I get a good matchup with talon I usually end the game with 15+ kills and less than 6 deaths. But I always end up losing due to my team not grouping and everyone just wanting to lane for 50 minutes. Meanwhile the enemy team groups up and takes objectives while I can't respond to them by myself. I'm not trying to pin the blame on my teammates because I realize I make mistakes to but what can I do about it ?

Force them into grouping by literally following the most grouped up portion of your team around the map. That's pretty much all you can do.

Also try roaming and letting others get the kill so they are also strong. 15 kills on one person is fine, but typically talon is a single target burst champ. you're going to kill 1 person then get blown up in a team fight, maybe 2 if you're ahead like that, which is fine if the rest of your team is strong enough to take advantage of you exploding someone.

but honestly its just about making people do things without them realizing you're making them. seems like everyone in bronze-silver has this god complex and thinks they can win alone which is just not the case. it's frustrating, but you'll get out eventually.
