Please fix BlackFrost Anivia Walls

Ive regularly sent you guys a request by email to pls fix the "Half wall" issue with the BlackFrost Anivia skin. I bought that skin a while back when i was maining Anivia, and at least 50% of the walls i put up resulted in only a half wall. It still hasn't been fixed, i was hoping it was fixed in Patch 4.1 : /
