Mobile Store App to accompany the Messaging app

I think that it would be a great idea if we could get a mobile league of legends store app. There has been a couple of times when I am going about my day ,as a full time university student that lives on campus, and I see one of the new released skins or wards skins at surrender at 20 and I just want to have the skin ready to play as soon as I get back to the dorm. Another reason that I think this would be a great idea is because there is sometimes when I am in vacation away from my home (so away from my PC) and legacy skins come out and they are usually put away by the time I get back home. With the mobile app though this wouldn't be a problem :D
