Rioter KernelPanic at Baby Metal and Aatrox needs a buff please.

Saw rioter Kernal Panic at the Baby metal concert at the Wiltern Theater in L.A. I never expected the first rioter I'd meet would be so cool. He was there with a big friend who protected him from the fist that throws down on the rift. I guess I'd just like to say thanks riot for having such cool employees. The world would still be better if you buffed please he's only ever really been good once 6.9-6.10 even on release he was poo oh sorry didn't know I was talking about , but hey in seriousness thanks for making my experience even more memorable.
