give a very small amount of rp to people that didn't get reported at the end of every week that they have played a certain amount of games in. like, 5 rp and 10 games.

Hmmm, that might not be bad. People go through enough RP that little bits like that would be useful from time to time, and even if someone devoutly played 10 games a week 52 weeks a year, that's only 260 RP total
