I wanted to buy a new laptop, and with has an Intel celeron N2940 processor with integrated HD graphics. I wanted to know if I would be able to play the game with this, and how many fps I would have. Another laptop has an Intel N3150 processor also with integrated HD graphics, is it better or no?

I don't know for certain, but a quick glance at those processors make me think you'll be luck to run anything more complex than Microsoft Word. If they're able to play League at all, I'd suspect frame rates less than 30, possibly dipping down to single digits with multiple players on screen at once.

I'm just doing a ball park comparison to my old netbook with an Intel Atom processor. For some of the benchmarks I saw the Atom was a close competitor. I don't run games on my netbook, and wouldn't try to, as Chrome can tax it to the point where the processor is completely pegged. Granted, it's an older computer (HP Mini 1000), but I wouldn't trust a netbook for playing games.
