@Riot How do you guys deal with Pre-game trolling/toxicity?

This is a general question I have for any Riot employee about something that has really concerned me recently. I was just forced to dodge two separate queues for ranked because of two completely separate players who both stated that they will be planning on trolling/intentionally feeding in order to purposefully demote their accounts ranking. It was because of this that I was a bit upset (not only at the loss of LP from dodging), but moreso that I knew that those same two players would go on to ruin the games of some other players without being punished. In order to report them, you must first play a game with them and finish it out; however, if that game involves suffering through a grueling loss with the frustration of dealing with a blatantly trolling/feeding/toxic teammate, how is that fair to the teammates? I would love to have players like this completely removed from the community, but having to waste at least half an hour up to 22 or so LP on a game so that maybe my report will lead to a time ban or chat restriction is simply not worth it. So this leads me to ask, is there any way you guys are able to monitor behavior like this without us being able to report in the pre-game lobby? And if not, can some sort of process be integrated in order to punish these players without also punishing their teammates? I would really appreciate an answer as I do love this game and would love to see the community prosper. (Sorry if I posted this in the wrong board btw)

I had something similar to that.. it's even on the front page of Misc. Some guy did not say anything the entire game (to avoid tribunal proof) then added you to be extremely toxic and you can't report him cause he says that then just deletes you right away. Also it was a life-threat and the tribunal doesn't even see it, nor does anybody care if a person like this even roams the community.
