Just curious...why is Kat AP champion?

I look at Katarina's skills and all 4 of them involve her knives, but...are they like magical knives or something? Shouldn't she be AD champion? I m just curious!

if she was AD she would be able 2 abuse AD based items, take towers well, and such. It be like another riven, just better scaling.

ap physical damage dealer? building AP to get AD sounds like a werid trade but she can go full AD and do magic damage with abilities(just not as much)

please inform me of 1 champion whos whole kit scales on AD yet only does magic damage. (every single ability has 2 scale on AD and do magic damage)

Hence why she is ap. you either make her ap weith ap scaling or make her AD with AP scaling or AD with ad scaling lmao. she primarily scales AP so she primarily does magic damage on skills. why would you confuse people and build magic damage items to do physical damage exspecially since ap items scale much harder so shed be the strongest AP/AD damage dealing champion that i know of.
