How do i beat someone who tower hugs the whole time? without getting ganked back to back to back? without the need of tower diving....?

freeze the lane under your tower and force him to come out or lose cs and xp and if he stays under turret just kill him because you will be stronger

i freeze lane even if they dont tower hug just so they lose some cs, even when i freeze u wont see my laner in lane he will just be afking under tower, waiting on the cs to come to them and only come out when its a 2v1. A fuckin Yasuo just pulled that shit on me, he killed me 3 times tower hugging and waiting for amumu to just ult me...... i mean how do i escape that amumu ult....

then just keep doing it like he becomes weak and then either roam for kills and help other lanes or poke/kill him under tower like kills dont mean a win in this game since 15=1kill so just farm so much more than him and you will be much stronger than if you had to fight and maybe get a kill at the cost of like 20 or so cs
