Ok so many of us has heard the disaster in Philippines. The typhoon that killed thousands of people and left thousands more homeless and starving. So I came up with an idea. Why don't we make a Philippine skin for a champion and give 80% of the money we gain to Philippines? Just a thought, but if we are able to do this, it will save peoples' lives. PlEASE RIOT
Not to bash an idea for charity; but, by the time the skin was developed, the reconstruction would already be mostly finished. Further, the input cost for creating a skin (animations, vfx, sfx, vo) is a significant burden as it stands.
What I feel would work better would be to make a summoner icon (Red cross or Blue shield or some other "medic" symbolism). The opportunity cost is much lower, and it would be a means for people "showing off their good deeds" (as they're often want to do) even when not playing a very specific champion.
