Automatic summoner name clean up too long?

Alright, since riot has an automated ticket system I will post what I want to be heard here.

I'm sure everyone has run into the problem of having names already taken when you try to purchase a name change. The system riot has implemented is a swell idea but it needs to be adjusted. Waiting 30 months for a summoner name (if it is level 30) to be deemed inactive is ridiculous. The game has only been out for 5 or so years, and It takes 2.5 years for that account to be deemed inactive? I don't see how that makes any sort of sense. I believe the time should be halved. 15 months is plenty of time to PLAY A SINGLE GAME and reset the timer for an account name. And even if they come back after 15 months I seriously doubt they care enough about their summoner name.

Seriously @Riot, this system is a great idea but it needs to be adjusted.
