Why is my MMR so bad when I have more wins than losses? (Silver 5)

My MMR is probably around 1015 or something and I'm gaining 15lp per win and losing 22lp. Shouldn't it only go down when your win ratio is crap, not when you come out of a loss streak? I lost like 7 games in a row or something like that, a bunch of afkers and griefers who troll because they are happy with being in silver. Now I'm playing againt B2-S5's and even if I go on like a 4 win streak I won't gain much lp. as opposed to a 4 win streak when I was in B1 it would put me in promos. Funny thing is I'm posting this as I'm waiting for minions to spawn and someone already afk'd

You lose more LP when you lose against lower MMR opponents than if you lose against equal or higher. If you keep losing more LP than you gain, that means the system is giving you opponents it thinks you should be able to beat, but you aren't. The only way out is to win even more, and especially don't lose against lower MMR opponents.
