Question about the Spinning Axes Event

Ok, so I'm curious whether or not the new draven day skins count, skins such as MEOWkai, Urf Tahm Kench, Definitely not Vel-Koz, and Draven Draven. I want to gift them but will they give me the Spinning Axes mystery skin?

Also, If anyone on NA can gift me Draven or Moakai (not the skins) I would be very grateful, I simply dont have the IP and really want these champs. Summoner Name: Lord Deathstroke Thank you in advance.
