Do yourself a favor and stop. The game feels a lot better when you aren't getting ganked the second you die and come back from the first gank. You won't have to deal with fucking bullshit Caitlyn, Rengar, and Syndra. Hecarim and Poppy can't out damage you while also tanking your entire team. Just let some other sad fuck torture themselves.
