Hello.

Why aren't these skins priced 975 RP in the first few days of their release? Was there another change in the pricing policy by Riot?

Skins don't get a sale on the first week anymore. That's because after a couple of months a bunch of skins (the latest ones) will all go on sale. The benefit is that even legendary and 720 skins will drop by 1 price tier.

With that said i feel like Cait should have been on sale since it's legacy and it won't come back until the next year.

As AvantelWings posted - we changed how discounts are going to work in 2016 - one of the main changes being that skins will no longer have launch discounts.

Then is the Cait skin ever going to go on sale? It's not gonna be in the store in 5-6 months from now...

I'm not sure what the plan is for that. You're right, she won't be in the store 4-6 months after release because she'll be in the legacy vault. In the past, content that has returned from the legacy vault has only been discounted via bundles. We haven't announced any details since the updated discounts.

I'm not interested in this particular skin, but I'd like to know the general policy on "Early Sale" vs Legacy Content that will not be available when Early Sale are supposed to happen.

That's unfortunate to hear, considering Riot's company revenue was 1.6 Billion in 2015 you'd think there would be a - bit - of incentive to please customers =/

Thanks for all the replies. I wasn't aware of this change. I hope they later make it available for 975 RP.
