My friend was banned for leaving game, his laptop crashed while playing and then for some reason he couldnt log back in, now its saying hes banned till January 8th, was wondering if we could get this sorted out =/ It was a mistake, sorry if this is in the wrong place.
As a side note, your friend may not be giving you all the information. One doesn't get a ban for one leave.
Chances are good he does this often. If it is a computer issue, perhaps he should not play until it is fixed. :)
that sucks and I don't think this is the place for that. You should directly email them. I guess at the bottom of this website in small print it says support. Try clicking there and see if you can send an email directly to Riot about your problem.
I was here when it crashed :c Its crashed more than once, actually. lol 4 or 5 times =/ P.S He cannot fix it.
I'd advise your friend to improve what he is playing on before thinking he deserves to have his ban lifted. For LeaverBuster to ban you for a week, you will have had to leave games numerous times not just when his laptop crashed. Tell your friend to stop abandoning games and he'll stop getting banned.
