Recently hacked, seriously concerned about the lack of 2FA.

Well, I'm hoping it was recently anyway. I haven't played in about 2 years. I've just logged in to find that someone hacked my account and got to Bronze 3 playing Shaco, which I admittedly lol'd at. I, of course, immediately changed my password and tried to set up 2 factor authentication. However, no matter how much I look there seems to be no 2FA! The best I could find was a post from 4 years ago with Riot saying they would implement it. This is very deeply concerning to me, as an account security function so simple and important has no reason not to be implemented in a game as huge as League of Legends.
