IP for Hextech Crafting

Hello summoners! :D

I'm just a player that plays league casually and ever since the Hextech Crafting, I have been a little more hooked to get free skins! Mostly everyone is burning their precious RP and ramen funds to spend it on keys and chests, trying to get the best of skins (Like Champion Shard ). However, most league players that spend most of their time glued onto their screens have TONS of IP. That is what I'm trying to state here, most people have tons of IP for nothing they can spend on, mostly because they have every champion, rune, etc. But the new Hextech Crafting is an obvious way to stop this problem. A popular youtuber, UberDanger, has talked about this situation before. The keys and chests should be bought for a ridiculous amount of IP. Doesn't everyone want that one skin (Hextech Annie) that's worth SO much? Now spend your IP away and finally get the skin you deserve.
