For me it would be Yasuo, he is wise, poetic and very philosophical like myself, I think I would enjoy his quiet yet meaningful company. Also, we both play the shakuhachi (flute) so that would also be enjoyable, but I think the main reason I would like him as my closest friend would be so I could help him, turn him away from the path of revenge before it's too late...
