Hello guys! My name is Felix aka. exploreforce and I main our captain Teemo. I base my stream arround Teemo, having fun and being positive and friendly no matter what happens. I play Teemo because I have fun doing so and I like the challange of playing a champ that is underplayed and that supposedly underperforms. I wanna show the world how awesom Teemo can be and how much fun playing him is. I hope some of you might want to join the stream and have some fun together with me and my Teemoarmy. I am constantly trying new builds and am always up for new suggestions of how to improve the stream and of how to change my Teemo playstyle. So I am looking forward to some of you joining and giving me some awesome input. Thank you for your attention. Hope you enjoy and looking forward to seeing some little Teemos join the Teemoarmy! May the scout's code be with you little Teemowans!Teemo Teemo Teemo Teemo

Here a little streamhighlight if you are seeing this while I am offline and wand to know what my stream is all about:

How the flip do those upvotes even happen? Upvote bots or fan brigade?

I'd assume he has some loyal followers that he asks to upvote his Boards post whenever he goes online? I never see the beginning of his stream, so I can't tell if he asks people to do that.

Well, it's the same spam advertisement post he puts up every time he streams, and he always has his stream viewers upvote it for visibility. Frankly I think he's a piece of trash, but all we can really report him for is Spam

He definitely takes up a spot on the front page that could be some other more worthwhile thread.

According to OF JUSTICE:

Here is a breakdown of the various types of spam / trolling that we look for:

  • ...
  • Making repetitive non-constructive or low effort content
  • ...

This is the type of spam category I think it would be most appropriate to fit his stream under. However, is his stream low effort or non-constructive? His stream is considered a contribution from the community, and it's certainly not low effort. I think he has a new video every time, his description changes, and there's his ever-changing stream. I would not say that streaming or video production is low effort content.

What is more concerning is his potential use of votebots. Other streamers often post their streams, and one can view streams with the "New" view on the Boards Home, but the streams don't get annoying because they're not upvoted and don't get on the front page. If it's simply exploreforce's viewers upvoting his stream, I don't see a problem because they're supporting the stream. There is also no official etiquette on the Boards about how upvotes should be used. If he's using a votebot to get his votes, then that's a bigger problem, because that's abusing the Boards to get more publicity.

Permaban this guy from Boards please.

Do you have any proof of what reportable things he's doing? Can't just permaban without reasons, especially since permaban is a really harsh punishment.

Besides upvote botting every time he posts? Pretty sure that's against the rules.

What if he's asking his viewers to upvote his Boards post? Is that still against the rules?

-Bumping of discussions with no additional context.

I'm pretty sure he goes against the rule of this by asking his viewers to do it. Because when you ask several of your fans to upvote the shit out of your post it automatically bumps it to the top for everyone to see, and no context is really given to why it's upvoted, because most of the upvoted comments are like. Why the fuck is this top page, or are you upvote botting?

-Making repetitive non-constructive or low effort content

Also he's pretty much going against this rule because all he does is link his stream and copy pastes the same message everytime for advertisement and then having his fans upvote spam it. I would definitely consider it low effort.

People do make upvote threads frequently though. "Upvote for all champions enabled in ARAM!" "Upvote for more refunds!" "Upvote for clarity on PROJECT: Ashe's arrow!" etc. It's a slightly different situation since it's asking people for upvotes through the Boards rather than through a different site (twitch), but it comes out the same; the viewers get the decision whether to upvote the thread or not, and some do. These threads don't get taken down, not even the refunds ones, which pop up regularly and have even less effort put into them than these stream posts. exploreforce's posts at least have a video and a link to a stream, both of which I would not say are low-effort content. It takes a decent amount of effort to make a video and run a stream.
