So since his W does ON health per hit does that mean everytime i hit them thats % of there health or is it over time while i hit them and when im done?
So basically if i hit an opponent 10 times and its 10% per hit ive melted alot of there bar... or is it i hit them 10 times its 10% over the time im hitting them and stops

DrCyanide1 votesAD Fizz is based around using your abilities as utility. You've got two slows in Fizz's kit, and the mobility to get in and out.
PerishSoftly1 votesFizz's execute damage (I.E. while is W is active) is on every hit. Additionally he applies a small DoT that each attack refreshes.
