Allowing a message about why you honored a player

So, I saw a post a while back about letting players write a 'lil message about why they decided to honor a player on their team. A message like: "You were really funny this game" Or: "Those plays were awesome" etc. It would be awesome if Riot could make this happen, cuz it's nice to know why other players may want to honor you. I've wondered before and I've also wanted to include a reason as to why I wanted to honor a player.
