Season Reward denying

About this thing that season rewards will be denied if you've got banned or chat restricted is quite unfair. Think about players who played days and days and days to get gold plat or diamond and made everything they can. Then they get one ban because they just got too nervous and negative in couple games. Then after ban they try to reach rank they want they get it with all their skill and trying. the trying and skill what they've got ,all that goes down the drain because they were negative and got banned one time and learnt his mistake. The ban is really unfair in my opinion. He/she would totally deserve that Platinum border and icon if he did play so well all the games.
