Please do something about leavers, it is not fair that the other gets a free win for 5v4 and it is unhumain to get a lose and lose your promos from a 4v5 PLZ DO SOMETHING LIKE NOT GIVING THE LOSE?

lol had someone call "call order" took mid fed quit then the jungler quit cuz the midlaner quit so i feel your pain... but i doubt rito will do anything since they dont have the issue in LCS and thats all rito cares about specially stated in their patched nots "focused on the LCS championship in a few weeks" ...
I understand your difficulties, but....
Say I DuoQ with a buddy and we start losing; I tell my friend to quit so that we wont be penalized for a 4v5 loss. Yes, that guy would be reported, but I still have no loss recorded in my series.
